September signifies the start of cooler weather and the perfect time to relax with cozy games. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for things to settle into weather that makes me want to create a cozy nest to play games in.

Monk Took Book is an organizing, stacking, and remembering game where you play solo or with up to three friends as a monk who is stocking the shelves of a medieval library. Every morning, you’ll get a new delivery of books you’ll need to sort and it will require you to remember where you placed the previous day’s shipments. At night, you’ll need to remember where books are so that you can deliver them to scribes. If you want more excitement, you can leave the settings that allow for monsters to spawn, but if you want a more relaxed experience, you can turn the monsters off.

Worming from Home is a job sim where you play as a worm trying to climb the corporate ladder. With ragdoll physics befitting a worm, you’ll type on the keyboard, navigate with a mouse, and complete all the tasks your role as Junior Financial Analyst requires. Just be sure that you leave room for a work-life balance and make time to hit the gym, shop for trinkets, flirt with coworkers, and more! Buy upgrades to make your life easier and when you need to treat yourself, buy a few snazzy hats to boost your confidence!

Get creative by mixing up your own cocktails and choosing every aspect of how they’re presented to the customer. BloomKeeper is a real-time tactical adventure where you play as a guardian who shepherds little creatures known as Pouics. Their job is to reawaken the world and make it bloom again, so it’s important that you guide them in the right direction. As you play, you’ll need to make sure the ash covering the land stays at bay and that your Pouics are kept safe and not left behind. The land is actively working against you and if you don’t stay on top of it, the places that you’ve bloomed will become scorched again. This game can be played solo or co-op with up to 4 players.
Good Heavens!
Good Heavens! is an open-world crafting and building RPG that can be played solo or online co-op up to 8 players. This game is for those who enjoy more action in their cozy gaming because it’s heavy on combat. In a world left broken when the Mighty Rar left it behind, your goal is to help the inhabitants of the world. You’ll explore procedurally generated islands, fight threats, and build a place of your own. Accept quests, help communities, and fix the local troubles in order to bring peace to the villagers. Invest in different tech trees, arm yourself with the best gear, and somewhere along the way find time to farm, cook, and do all the other lazy activities a base-building game affords.

Flamecraft is a strategy board game that can be played solo or up to 5 people. In it, you’ll become a Flamekeeper who helps dragon artisans find homes. By enchanting the town’s stores and filling them with dragon cards, you’ll see a shopping district come to life. The dragons that you place will help you gather resources that can be used to cast enchantments and ability combos. There are over 70 different dragons and 30 unique shops to discover.

Each day, you’ll have a choice as to whether you want to invest in building up your business, hang out at the docks to explore by boat, or get to know the locals better. Challenge NPCs to mini-games or go the riskier route of sabotaging your competitors. The world is what you make of it.
TOEM 2
TOEM 2 is a platforming photography adventure game set a few years after the original TOEM game. Return to the black-and-white world to photograph the mysterious “events” known as TOEM’s. Platform your way up buildings to get a new vantage point and make your way through several new regions. Along the way, you’ll meet quirky characters, find hidden paths, and fill your journal with stamps you get from progressing through the game.
